Take a backup of your Quicken file Uninstall Microsoft Money 2004 or Money 2005 Reboot and set the clock date to November 2001 (this is to ensure the trial version works) - note, this can cause other software to fail or work incorrectly. All versions of Money Plus sold at retail and online, required users to perform an "Online Activation" step in order to keep using the product, even if online services had already expired.
